Synthia ("we", "us", "our") operates an online school for AI development at 70 Nimmanhaemin Road, Suthep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or enrol in a track, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

- Contract performance (enrolment and track delivery)

Retention: Account data is kept for the duration of your enrolment plus 3 years. Enquiry data is kept for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

- Access to learner data is restricted to staff who need it to deliver or support the tracks.
- We review access controls regularly and revoke permissions when staff roles change.
